As a Seattle native with a personal knowledge of the greater Seattle neighborhoods, Michael has been involved in the real estate industry for the past five years as a personal investor, property manager and licensed real estate agent. Michael’s experiences include the resale of single family homes, property management and marketing properties. Michael has been a member of Union Local 32 working in the commercial construction industry for thirteen years and has over-seen large projects from start to finish. He has implemented his knowledge and experiences into Pre-construction sales industry by educating his clients with understanding building lay-outs and floor plan drawings as well as details about every aspect of the construction process. He is driven to assist and serve his clients to fulfill all of their real estate needs.
